We spent 6 nights / 7 days out at the luxurious Gitana Del Mar retreat center, located on a wild and remote beach at the foothills of the impressive and magical Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, the world’s highest Coastal Mountain Range. This area is referred to as the Heart of the world, not only because of its geographical location but also because every single ecosystem exists and thrives in the Sierra Nevada mountains. It was a great place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, relax, and recharge.

Panama in January 2023

This retreat was 6 nights / 7 days of relaxation, fun in the sun, and yoga in the stunning archipelago of Bocas Del Toro, Panama! The Retreat began on Sunday, January 8th, 2022 when we met at Bluff Beach Retreat, a stunning, private retreat center for the week. The group enjoyed 3 delicious, locally sourced meals each day from our fabulous private chef, daily yoga classes with Meesh, and all the sunshine you could soak up! We included one group excursion in your retreat package so that you got a feel for all the magic Bocas has to offer.

Free time was spent soaking up the sun on our near private beach, relaxing by the pool, getting a massage, biking to hidden beaches, exploring hiking trails around the retreat center, horseback riding, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, and experiencing the local culture of Bocas del Toro.
